Made Louder

Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Made Louder, a product operated by Pixebyte Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13869005), registered office 28 Maes Sarn Wen, Four Crosses, Llanymynech, Powys, United Kingdom, SY22 6NT. By using Made Louder you agree to these terms.

What Made Louder is

Made Louder builds your personal brand and then runs it: your positioning, your words, your page and your posts. The machine does the work; you stay the decision-maker. Nothing is published, sent or claimed in your name without your approval.

Your assistant is an AI

Your assistant is an artificial intelligence, not a person, whatever name you give them. AI-generated media is marked as such. You can ask to reach a human at any time.

What we do not do

  • No press representation. We run the channels you own: your feed, your page, your words. We do not pitch journalists, book podcasts, submit awards, field press enquiries or handle a crisis. Those are a publicist's job and we are not pretending to do it.
  • No regulated advice. Made Louder does not give financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Anything your assistant produces is for you to review and decide on.
  • No guarantees of results. We do not promise followers, customers, revenue or earnings. We provide the method and the work, honestly, and show what happened.

Your content

You own the content you provide and the outputs you approve. You grant us the permissions we need to run the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to share anything you upload or point us at, including where it contains other people's information, and that doing so does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

Connected accounts

Where you connect a social account, you authorise us to publish to it on your behalf, and only the things you have approved. You remain responsible for complying with that platform's own terms, and we will stop publishing to any account you disconnect. Platforms change their rules and their access, and where that stops us publishing we will tell you and hand you the work to post yourself.

Acceptable use

Do not use Made Louder to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or produce misleading or deceptive claims. You are responsible for the content you approve for publication.

Payment and cancellation

Where you buy a paid plan, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay. If you are a consumer, you have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, subject to the usual rules where a service has already been delivered at your request. Specific early-customer terms are provided to you at the point of purchase.

Leaving, and your data

You can stop using Made Louder at any time. Your data leaves with you: ask us and we will export or delete it within one month. What we have already published in your name stays yours, on your accounts. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Liability

We provide Made Louder with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make on the basis of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms and will note the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
